- (iv) You have the authority to accept these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of an entity you represent.
If any of the above conditions do not apply to you, please discontinue use of our Services. These Terms may be amended from time to time without advance notice. Your continued use following the "Last Updated" date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3. Key Disclaimers
By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- 1.3.1. Anonymous Crypto Exchange does not hold or manage your cryptocurrencies, private keys, wallet credentials, or any other security-sensitive information. You bear sole responsibility for the safety and security of your digital assets.
- 1.3.2. All exchange transactions are executed by Third Party Providers. Anonymous Crypto Exchange does not directly process exchanges, set exchange rates, or control order execution timelines.
- 1.3.3. Access to certain Third Party Providers may be limited based on your location due to local legislation or provider-specific restrictions. This may affect users in certain countries, U.S. states, EU member states, and other regions.
- 1.3.4. While we and our Third Party Providers take reasonable steps to secure our systems and your data, no security solution is entirely infallible. Unauthorized access, data incidents, or service disruptions may occur despite precautionary measures.
- 1.3.5. Anonymous Crypto Exchange is not liable for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any Third Party Provider, including pricing, transaction outcomes, fund custody, or failures resulting from their systems.
- 1.3.6. Engaging with a Third Party Provider means you also agree to their terms of service and privacy policies, which are separate from ours and must be reviewed and accepted independently.
- 1.3.7. We do not provide customer support for issues arising from transactions executed through Third Party Providers. All such transactions are final and cannot be reversed, refunded, or altered by Anonymous Crypto Exchange.
- 1.3.8. Some partners impose specific limits on transaction parameters, such as a maximum permissible deviation from the quoted exchange rate. Please review the applicable Partner Site terms before initiating any transaction.

Any such request should be treated as fraudulent. We bear no responsibility for losses arising from transactions sent to unverified or unauthorized addresses.
2.11. User-Submitted Content
You are solely responsible for any content you submit, upload, or share through our Services, including its accuracy, legality, and suitability. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these Terms. Any personal data you provide will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

6.1. No Warranties
The Website, Application, and Services — along with all related content and functionality — are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Anonymous Crypto Exchange makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability. You acknowledge that your use of the Website and Services is entirely at your own risk, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6.2. Third-Party Risk
Anonymous Crypto Exchange is not responsible for the conduct, content, or reliability of any third party accessible through our platform, including Third Party Providers. We do not endorse, guarantee, or monitor third-party services, and any interaction with such entities is undertaken entirely at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Scope of Limitation
In no event shall Anonymous Crypto Exchange be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or service access, or costs of procuring substitute services — arising from or connected to your use of the Website, Application, or Services. This limitation applies regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages, and irrespective of the legal theory underlying the claim.
8. Prohibited Jurisdictions
8.1. Restricted Regions
By using Anonymous Crypto Exchange, you confirm that you are not a resident, citizen, or located in any country or territory subject to international sanctions. This includes, but is not limited to: the United States, United Kingdom, Afghanistan, Guinea-Bissau, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iraq, Yemen, North Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Central African Republic, Eritrea, Iran, Syria, and any jurisdiction listed on applicable United Nations Security Council Sanctions lists or equivalent regulatory registers.

Use of our Website is prohibited where doing so would violate local law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all applicable legislation and regulations in your jurisdiction.

9. Term
This Agreement comes into effect as described in the Introduction and remains in force until you permanently cease using the Website and Services, or until Anonymous Crypto Exchange terminates your access in accordance with Section 4.
If you stop using the Website and Services entirely, these Terms will no longer apply, except as provided in Section 4.3.
Anonymous Crypto Exchange may also terminate this Agreement as outlined in Section 4.
10. Modifications

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features, update functionality, or introduce new usage limitations to the Website, Application, or Services at any time and without prior notice.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. All matters concerning the validity, interpretation, performance, and enforcement of these Terms shall be subject to Seychelles law.
This applies equally to any tort claims against Anonymous Crypto Exchange. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising from or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively before the courts of the Republic of Seychelles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for all related claims and appeals.
Where a specific service or function has a separate jurisdiction clause, that clause shall prevail. The doctrine of Forum Non Conveniens does not apply to disputes governed by this Agreement.
12. Intellectual Property
Accessing or using the Website and/or Application does not transfer any ownership of intellectual property rights, including content, design, software, or data.
All materials available through Anonymous Crypto Exchange are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws and international treaties.
Using brand-related terms such as "Anonymous Crypto Exchange," "anonymous-crypto.exchange," or similar variations in paid search engine advertising — particularly to attract affiliate traffic — is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in removal from the affiliate program.
13. Assignment
Anonymous Crypto Exchange may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any third party without requiring your additional consent.
You may only assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party with prior written approval from Anonymous Crypto Exchange.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, armed conflict, terrorism, civil disturbances, government actions, labor disruptions, power failures, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen events of a similar nature.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Anonymous Crypto Exchange with respect to use of the Services. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements — whether oral or written. No third party shall acquire any rights under this Agreement unless explicitly stated herein.
16. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, it shall be severed from the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force, and where possible, the invalid clause shall be replaced with one that most closely reflects the original intent within the bounds of the law.
